Welcome Students
The University of Virginia Health System Speech-Language Pathology department consists of a pediatric group and an adult group. Each group may accept 1-2 students each semester. If you are a James Madison University or University of Virginia graduate student, placements are arranged through your clinic supervisor. If you are from another school and are interested in pursuing a placement at UVa, feel free to contact either the pediatric student coordinator at (434) 924-8242 or email the adult student coordinator, Catherine Reynolds.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the UVA graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology. Please contact the Communication Disorders Program for information on graduate degree programs available at the University of Virginia.
