Region VI

T 

he University of Virginia chapter of the Student National Medical Association is part of Region VI, which includes SNMA and MAPS chapters in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.  The regional executive board and its commitees serve the individual chapters by planning regional meetings, conferences, and activities for career planning, leadership development, and social interaction for SNMA members.

Members of UVA's SNMA chapter have maintained active participation in regional and national activities through service as executive board officers and committee members.
