X-Ray Interpretation for Outside Facilities

If your facility does not have a radiologist but you can take x-rays, UVA's board-certified Radiologists can read them for you. You can simply ship your films to us to receive an expert's interpretation on mammograms, plain films, and any other modality you may have.   We can read your films daily, weekly, or just when you need a second opinion. This option serves as a great tool for implementing a QA program in your facility, and you can be rest assured that your films have been read by some of the best Radiologists in the nation.

Fast Turnaround

You will receive a faxed final report within 24 hours of us receiving your films. We have a dedicated staff who handles only outside films.  Currently we have 24 contracts with many happy customers.  References are available.

Expert Readings

The University of Virginia's Department of Radiology is organized by organ system to improve interactions and subspecialty reads with our referring physicians.  We are nationally recognized for our high caliber of interpretations and are able to provide that same level of expertise and service to you.
