Xenogen Fluorescent/Luminiscent
A new laboratory of wet chemistry (500 ft.2) and a radiochemistry laboratory (120 ft.2) has been equipped with three chemical fume hoods, chemical benches, and other standard labwares. Firm research collaborations have been established among investigators whose research expertise is identified in molecular biology, oncology, radiology and immunological research.
The major equipment and instruments in our laboratories include: A Xenogen Fluorescent/luminiscent animal imaging station; three Rainin HPLC systems; a flash chromatography system; an UV-VIS spectrophotometer; a Bioscan combination system of Flow-Count and TLC Mini-Scan; a Zeiss fluorescent microscope; a Bioscan scintillation counter; a Beckman ultracentrifuge and a centrifuge; a rotary evaporator; research refrigerators.
