Radiology HELPlineNormal Working Hours (Mon-Fri from 0800-1700) Help is now available for any systems issues at PIC 1902.(dial 434-982-3500 then the pic 1902 from an outside line or 500 then 1902 if calling from a UVa phone.) A member of the application team will respond to this pager within 15 minutes Mon - Fri from 0800 - 1700. Non-urgent issues: please fill in a "trouble ticket" for any non-urgent concerns. Note: If you have issues regarding support during the hours above, please contact Eve Gaige, Applications Team Manager.
After-hours Support (Mon-Fri from 1700-0800, Weekends and Holidays) Non-urgent issues: please fill in a "trouble ticket" for any non-urgent concerns. Your issue will be addressed by the Applications team on the next business day. Systems issues (PACS, PowerScribe, RIS, etc): please use existing after-hours procedures. The after-hours on-call cell phone number is 434-906-5682. Note: In the event of an after-hours emergency the On-Call representative should be contacted immediately by page or phone. If there is no response after 20 minutes from the initial attempt to contact the On-Call representative, another attempt is to be made. If after another 20 minutes there is still no response, the caller should then notify the IS Director or the IS Medical Director. If no response from the IS Director or the IS Medical Director, please contact the Radiology Front Desk, 434-924-9400.
