How to Restart Printer Queues

 

  1. Double-click on 'ris26' icon on the desktop. If it does not exist, please submit a troubleticket
  2. Login with username 'PRU' and password 'PRINTER'
  3. Press 'Enter'
  4. Type 'qmg' then press 'Enter'
  5. Type 'sa' then press 'Enter'
  6. Type the printer name, ie dialab, east2; then press 'Enter'
