This clinic offers comprehensive assessment for people with a history of falls, or those who are at risk for falls.
Services include:
History & physical examination
Medication review
Strength, range of motion and sensory testing
Balance assessment
Vestibular screening
Vision and hearing screening
Cognitive and psychological screening
Home safety assessment
The clinic is located in the UVa-HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital on the first floor.
Hours of operation are Thursdays from 1:00-4:00 pm.
