Keith W. Jackson
Research Assistant, Gait and Motion Analysis Laboratory
Keith is a research assistant, physical therapy facilitator and rehabilitation technician who assists with gait and motion studies, and SPEED Clinic assessments in the UVa Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Gait and Human Motion Analysis Laboratory. He works on lab clinical trials and NIH-funded research studies. He has a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado, and an AS in Health and Science Education from Howard Community College. While in Colorado he was the Assistant Coach for a triathlon team who were eight-time national champions. He taught racing tactics and techniques, training strategies for swimming biking and running, and devised customized training programs for athletes from beginner to elite.
