Dr. Stukenborg awarded R01 from AHRQ
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has awarded an R01 grant to Dr. Stukenborg to develop a series of statistical models for disease specific mortality risk adjustment. The models are designed to produce highly accurate adjustments for differences in mortality risk among patients, and to yield substantially improved methods for comparing mortality outcomes among hospitals in the United States.
