Software Programs for Analysis of Microarray Data

 

Our group has developed the following software programs for analysis of microarray data.  The programs may be freely distributed but not sold for profit. Also, they are available at the Bioconductor website.  

  • Identification of differential expression genes under  two conditions: 

                LPE (Local Pooled Error) test

  • Identification of  differential expression genes under   multiple conditions:

               HEM (Heterogeneous Error Model)  

  • Classification:

              MiPP (Misclassification Penalized Posterior)
