Children's Rehabilitation Center (KCRC)
We spend one month at Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center during our intern year. The team includes a Pediatric Intern, a Pediatric Senior Resident, an occasional PM and R resident, medical students, and a Developmental Pediatrics Attending. We also work closely with a psychologist, pharmacist, and a social worker. In addition we get input from speech therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists daily. This month is a call-free month. We round Monday-Friday with the full team. Two Saturday mornings a month, we'll come in from 9 a.m. until lunch for teaching.
