Adult Orthopaedic TraumaThe Division of Adult Orthopaedic Trauma provides diagnosis and treatment of fracture and soft tissue healing with special attention to the ways in which various forms of treatment with internal fixation, external fixation and casting affect the healing process. Complete management of pre- and post-operative care is available to individuals following limb amputations. The Division is supported by a prosthetics and orthotics clinical unit that offers a complete evaluation, prescription and fabrication service. A musculoskeletal radiologist is available to the orthopaedic surgeon to arrive at the best strategy for evaluating musculoskeletal injury. Faculty: |
