Total knee replacement home exercise programExercise is very important following knee
replacement surgery. You will need to exercise at least three times a day
to get your knee in good working order.
Please be sure you read these exercises carefully and ask your physical
therapist any questions that you may have before you are discharged from
the hospital.
Perform only the exercises checked/circled. Exercises may be modified
or added by your physician or your physical therapist. Remember not to
hold your breath while exercising.
