Double-Blind, Multicenter Phase 3 Study comparing the efficacy and safety of OMS103HP as a vehicle in patients undergoing autograft ACL reconstruction

This research study will evaluate whether an investigational medicine, OMS103HP, results in improvement in knee pain and knee function in patients undergoing athroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. This study will evaluate OMS103HP's ability to block the actions of the pain- and inflammation-causing chemicals that the body produces during arthroscopic surgery. The body producing pain and inflammation can interfere with recovery and prolong the time required to return to normal activities after arthroscopic surgery for some patients.
