Books

  • 5-10 self-instructional modules per book
  • Practice quizzes, and pre- and posttests in each module
  • Modules are practical "how-to" guides for common outpatient high risk issues  
 

Book One 
Guidelines for caring for the high risk mother, fetus, and neonate after delivery; suggestions for deciding when to consult or refer to a perinatal center are included.
Book Two 
Care of the high risk neonate, including risk asssessment, stabilization, and treatment.

Book Three 
Care of the preterm infant after NICU discharge, including physical and developmental assessment, coordination with community services, and parental support.

Skill Modules  

  • 8 skills to be read then practiced.
  • Worksheets are included for all skills
  • Regional Implementation Guide outlines how to conduct skill sessions
