  1. Lower all the blackboards to expose the screen. (Press and hold the necessary blackboard down arrow key(s), one at a time. These are located under the Lights & Blackboards menu option.)
  2. Select the Slides option on the menu.
  3. If you want to use the single slide projector, press the Single projector Power On-Off button on the touch screen.
  4. If you want to use the dual slide projectors, press the Single projector Power On-Off to turn off the single projector. Then press the Power On-Off for each of the dual slide projectors.
  5. Load slides in the Carousel projector(s) in the booth.
    • In order to load the slides, you need to have the projector on.
    • For single slide projection, use the projector in the middle.
    • For dual slides, use the projectors on both ends.
  6. Set the lighting that is desired for your slide presentation. There is a Slides lighting preset (Normal Slide Lights) that will darken the front of the classroom.
  7. Advance, reverse, and focus the slides from the touch screen Slides menu control panel. When using the dual slide projectors, press the DUAL FWD to advance or DUAL REV to reverse both projectors simultaneously.
  8. When the presentation is over
    • Power off the slide projector(s) from the Slides menu option using the Power On-Off button(s).
    • Turn on the lights by selecting the Lights & Blackboards menu option and pressing the Lighting Presets ALL ON button.

Notes:

  • If the video projector is down, it will automatically raise.
  • You can adjust the lighting during the slide show if necessary. Reselecting the slides control does not change the light settings that are already in place.

What can go wrong?

The bulb can burn out. A spare bulb is on the projector stand in the projector booth. Be careful; the old bulb is hot.
