See if there are students in the class who can help. If you look in the reference notebook on the lectern, you will find that the first sheet lists the names of students that are familiar with how the system works. Ask one of them to assist you.

If you need assistance with the audio/visual controls, please call John Gwynn at 924-8634. If John Gwynn is unavailable call Clinical Engineering at 924-5296 or 924-1254. (The nearest phone is on the lobby wall across from the drink machines. Ask for an AV technician to come to Jordan Room 1-5 or 1-14 immediately. Say that a class is waiting.)

If the computer is not working properly, please call 924-1528 or 982-4032. If the problem you are having with the computer is that it is not projecting through the video system when it is selected, you need to contact John Gwynn or Clinical Engineering (see above).

If the room is too hot or cold, call Health System Physical Plant at 924-2267, identify the room number, and indicate the problem.
