1. Select Lights & Blackboards from the menu.
2. Each area of the room (front, middle, rear) has controls to adjust the brightness of lights. Press and hold the desired brighten or dim (arrow) button until the room area lights are as you want. (You can adjust all areas of the room at the same time by using the controls under the ALL heading in the Lighting Zones section of the controls.)
3. If you want to control individual lights near the stage, press the ADJUST LIGHTS button found on the Lights & Blackboards screen and you will find on-off buttons for the stage lights, spotlight, etc.

Notes:

• When using the VCRs, Elmo projector, or a computer, you will not be able to adjust the lighting and return to the controls for the item without resetting the lighting. This is because these video sources have preset lighting features programmed to their respective selections on the touch screen control panel.
• There are several preset lighting options that gradually go from all on to all off.
• After pressing All On, you need to wait 15 seconds before attempting to adjust the lights again. Otherwise, you can cause the lighting system to lock up.
• When using the computers or the Elmo Document Camera, the Video preset is the lighting level used.
• When using the VCR, the Movie preset is the lighting level used.
