NO SWEAT classes offered! Act on your New Year Resolutions!

Take charge of your health with a comprehensive weekly program meeting for six sessions.

WHEN: Tuesdays, March 4th - April 8th , 12:00 noon -1:00 pm

WHERE: "The Pub" ( basement of Gatehouse at Darden)

HOW: Class limited, register by clicking on "No Sweat Class Registration" menu link at left 

WHY: Improve your health and fitness through 10-minute bursts of exercise done in regular work clothes; and simple, energy-fueling foods for smart meals and snacks.

Past participants have improved blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, waist and fitness.
