Division ResearchPrimary areas of clinical research within the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine include: surgical and non-surgical treatment outcomes for pelvic floor disorders (PFD), and the epidemiology of PFD in rural populations. Secondary research interests include: medical education, maternal childbirth injury, ethics of elective surgery, and risk factors for early development of overactive bladder syndrome.
