The Epidemiology, Process, and Outcomes of Spine Trauma: A Multcenter Prospective ANALYSIS (EPOST)

This clinical trial is evaluating how the quality of life in spine trauma patients varies in relation to their current health status. The information will be collected through the use of a questionnaire called SF-36. All of the SF-36 questionnaires will be compared to other people who have experienced a spinal trauma; and will be collected at three time points (6 months, year 1, & year 2).

Inclusion factors:
Age 18 or older at the time of admission
Have a diagnosis of traumatic spinal column and/or cord injury,
requires hospitalization of 48 hours or longer for treatment
of their spinal trauma.
