Neuro-Oncology Faculty Addition
We are pleased to announce that David Schiff, M.D., has joined
the Department of Neurology, with joint appointments in Neurosurgery
and Medicine.
Most recently, Dr. Schiff was an assistant professor in the departments
of neurological surgery, neurology and medicine at the University
of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he was assistant professor of Neurology
at the Mayo Medical School. Dr. Schiff received his medical training
and completed his residency at Harvard Medical School and Harvard
Longwood Neurology Training Program. He received fellowship training
at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Schiff's special areas of interest are clinical trials for
malignant gliomas, low-grade gliomas, primary brain lymphoma and
neurologic complications of systemic cancer. He sees patients in
the Cancer Center. If you wish to refer a patient, please call (434)
