This is the first edition of Neurogram, a publication of the Neurosciences Service Center at the University of Virginia. We hope each issue brings you useful information that you can apply while working with your patients on a daily basis.

The content of Neurogram will be both broad enough to cover a variety of neurological issues as well as having the focus to deal with specific problems. Each issue, in fact, will include two or three articles of interest to clinical practitioners; we will also keep you up-to-date on our clinical trials.

Another goal of this publication is to spark communication with you and our other valued referring physicians. Please don't hesitate to contact our neurologists, neurosurgeons and neuropathologists with questions and comments. You will see contact information throughout the newsletter. We also welcome your suggestions for future articles.
