NETS Visits the Homestead!
On Friday April 25th 4 members of the NETS team went to the 28th annual McLemore Birdsong Pediatric Conference hosted at the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs Va. Team members included: Kelly Donovan, Aly McAfee, Jason Morris, and Patrick Watson. Team members set up our vendor booth and immediately began handing out freebies and talking to various doctors from around the country about what we do. NETS was treated to lunch and a fancy dinner in the famous dining hall.
While NETS was there we spoke to numerous doctors about our hypothermia protocol and about transporting newborns. NETS also gave multiple tours of our ambulance. NETS was even requested to stop at the local hospital (Bath County Community) to give more tours. Browse to the bottom for more photos.
