The Kidney Center - Charlottesville 5th Floor - West Complex Jefferson Park Avenue Charlottesville, VA 22908 434-924-1984 Parking Instructions University Hospital From Jefferson Park Avenue, turn at traffic light onto Lee Street. Parking garage is on the left, across from the Emergency Department. Bring your parking ticket to your appointment for validation. Hospital Drive behind the West Complex From University Avenue, turn onto Hospital Drive. Parking here is very limited at all times. Valet & Handicap Parking Attendants are available outside the main entrances of the West Complex and University Hospital. Handicap parking is located in the garage on Lee Street, the West Complex entrance, and along Hospital Drive. Oversize Vehicles Vehicles more than 6'8" high are too tall to fit in the parking garage on Lee Street. Pull in front of University Hospital or the West Complex where an attendant can give you a permit and directions to alternate parking.	Patient Drop-Off Locations University Hospital Main Entrance, West Complex Main Entrance, Barringer Wing and Private Clinics Entrances along Hospital Drive Escort Service At the handicap-accessible entrances, individuals will walk with you to your appointment. Off-Site Courtesy Shuttles Shuttle vans go to Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center, Northridge, and the Fontaine Research Park. Ask an attendant at the University Hospital main entrance to call a shuttle for you.
AMC Multispecialty Clinic and Augusta Dialysis - Fishersville 78 Medical Center Drive Fishersville, VA 22939 540-332-5871	From I-64, take exit 91, turn South on Tinkling Springs Rd (Rt 608). Go to first stop light, turn left onto Goose Creek Rd. Augusta Medical Center is on the right.
UVa Dialysis - Amherst 143 Ambriar Plaza Amherst , VA 24521 434-946-0089	From Route 29N from Lynchburg, take first left exit (29N BUS) to enter town of Amherst. Take left into Ambriar Shopping Plaza. Dialysis unit is beside Schewel Furniture.
UVa Dialysis - Alta Vista 701 5th Street, Suite 102 Alta Vista, VA 24517 434-309-1128	From Route 29, take US-29-BUS toward Alta Vista to US-29 BR/Dearing Ford Road. Stay on US-29R/Main Street. Turn onto Pittsylvania Ave (left from 29S, right from 29N) to intersection with 5th Street.
UVa Medical Center & Dialysis - Orange 661 University Lane Orange, VA 22930 540-661-3011	Take Hwy. 15 North from downtown Orange. Go about 1 mile, turn left onto Radney Road. Go 1 block, turn left onto University Lane and follow around the left to the parking lot.

Merge onto US-29 BR S/Lynchburg Expy. Merge onto US-221 S/US-460 BR/US-501 BR/ Kemper St. Exit 3A. Stay straight, onto Park Ave. Turn right onto US-501 BR/Langhorne Rd. Turn right onto Clifton St.
UVa Dialysis - Page 235 Medical Center Drive Stanley, VA 22851 540-778-3484	From US-33, take ramp toward Elkton. Turn right onto US-340 North / N East Side Hwy. Turn right onto Maryland Avenue (changes to Comer Town Road). Turn right onto Grove Hill River Rd (changes to SR-650, then Grove Hill River Road, then River Road, then back to SR-650). Turn right onto US-340 Bus. Bear right onto Chapel Rd.
UVa Dialysis - Zions Cross Roads Rt. 15 (James Madison Hwy) Zion Crossroads, VA 22942 434-924-9009	From I-64 West, take exit 136. Turn right onto Hwy. 15 South (James Madison Hwy.). Go 1 block, turn left at the Amoco/McDonalds onto Circle Pointe Drive. Follow around the circle to the building.
