Welcome to UVA SOM qMD

qMD exists to promote the presence of gay, lesbian, and bisexual members of the medical community and specifically those at our institution.  Additionally, we will post information regarding health issues pertinent to physicians who may ultimately care for members of the queer community, including information on special healthcare needs and interests.
