We are pleased to assist in your medical care. We would like for things to run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible for our patients, so here is some basic information regarding our Northridge practice. All patients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes earlier than their appointment time to allow for patient check in/registration. New patients and patients with any informational changes such as address or insurance, etc. will take extra time at check in/registration. Your early arrival will help us stay on schedule for the clinic day, resulting in a shorter wait for all patients. We appreciate your cooperation. Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The secretaries may be reached at (434) 243-4720. If you call the office during our busiest hours, please understand that you may be asked to hold. We will do our best to answer your calls as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If you have a medical emergency please proceed to the nearest emergency room. If you are calling long distance, please feel free to call our office through the MIRS (Medical Information and Referral Service) toll free number and ask to be connected to The Women's Place - Midlife Health at Northridge.
