Pathogenesis and Infectious Disease
The Pathogenesis group in the Microbiology Department studies molecular mechanisms of initiation and progression of infection by viral, bacterial, fungal and protozoan pathogens.
Investigators in the Myles H. Thaler Center focus on viral pathogens such as:
