The "Next Generation" medical education community leaders are working to integrate basic and clinical sciences horizontally and vertically throughout the pre-clerkship, clerkship, and post-clerkship phases. An evaluation community has also been created to assess the change and its impact on teaching, learning, and student outcomes throughout all curricular phases.
