Send an email to request E-letterhead. E-letterhead is a MicroSoft Word template with the new Health System format in place. This allows you to type a letter and print from a desk top printer. It is only available in black. You will need to provide the complete name of the department and division, center or program., the P.O. Box number, phone numbers and fax numbers.
