BLS Healthcare Provider Instructor Course

This course gives the experienced BLS provider the opportunity to learn how to teach and evaluate CPR skills. The course outlines what and how to teach; it is not designed to teach basic CPR skills.  The prerequisites for this course include a current BLS/HCP card, participation in a precourse skills session, and completion of the Core Instructor Course.  Please contact the Life Support Learning Center at 434.924.1765 or hh4f@virginia.edu to obtain a registration and information regarding this class.

Any employee who attends a class within 4 months of their planned departure from the UVA Health System will be required to pay his/her registration fee. 

Note: Registering for a course before the 4 month timeframe does not waive the registration fee.
