computer. When you attempt to access any restricted Library resource such
as Ovid MEDLINE or full-text journals you will be prompted for the proxy
login.

- Enter your UVa computing ID (your e-mail ID, e.g. mst3k) in the User name field. In the Password field, enter the password you chose when you created your proxy server account.
- Click OK to log into the proxy server.
You should now have access to restricted resources for the rest of your Netscape session.
If you forget your proxy password, you can re-create your account by going to the Proxy Server Account Management page.
If your login fails, or you encounter any other problems using the proxy server, please call the ITC Help Desk at (434) 924-3731 or send e-mail to consult@virginia.edu for assistance.
