InfoPOEMs: Registration and Reactivation Instructions

Register and Reactivate Palm OS Version

  1. Go to http://www.infopoems.com/infopoems/inst_register.cfm.
  2. Type a valid e-mail address and your name, and choose Palm as platform.
  3. Click on Submit.
  4. You need to choose "Generate a new license and overwrite the old information." and click on Continue.
  5. To locate your Serial ID, open Essential Evidence Plus by clicking on the IR icon.
  6. Tap the stylus on the upper left hand corner of the screen to access the Application Menu
  7. Select File -> Register and locate the Serial ID.
  8. Enter the Serial ID in the box and click on Get License Code.
  9. Your new License Code for your Palm device will be sent to you via e-mail. This email will also contain instructions for entering your license code into Essential Evidence Plus.
  10. When you get your License Code via e-mail, enter License Code into the License box and click Set license. Close out of the box the pops up. Press the exit box on the registration screen which will take you back to the search screen. Tap in the upper left hand corner and selct EXIT from the drop down menu.
  11. Your Essential Evidence Plus is now registered.

Register and Reactivate PocketPC Version

  1. Go to http://www.infopoems.com/infopoems/inst_register.cfm.
  2. Type a valid e-mail address and your name, and choose PocketPC as platform.
  3. Click on Submit.
  4. You need to choose "Generate a new license and overwrite the old information." and click on Continue.
  5. Your License Code for your PocketPC device will be sent to you via e-mail. This email will also contain instructions for entering your license code into Essential Evidence Plus.
  6. When you get your License Code via e-mail, go to File -> Register. Enter the License Code that was sent to you in via e-mail in the license box. Press Set License and close out of the box the pops up. Press the exit button the registration screen which will take you back to the search screen. Go to File in the lower left hand corner and select Exit.
  7. Your Essential Evidence Plus is now registered.

Register and Reactivate Windows Desktop or Laptop Version:

  1. Go to http://www.infopoems.com/infopoems/inst_register.cfm.
  2. Type valid e-mail address and your name, and choose Desktop as platform.
  3. Click on Submit.
  4. To locate your User Code 1 and User Code 2, start Essential Evidence Plus, select Help -> Register Essential Evidence Plus from the application menu, and click the Get Codes button.
  5. Type in User Code 1 and User Code 2 in the appropriate boxes on the registration page.
  6. Click Get License Code.
  7. The new license code for the Desktop device will be sent to your e-mail address. This email will also contain instructions for entering your license code into Essential Evidence Plus.
  8. When you get your License Code via e-mail, enter Reg key 1 and Reg key 2 into the registration box and press enter.
  9. Your Essential Evidence Plus is now registered.
