Susan joined the Library staff as the Library Assistant for daytime Circulation in 1992. She now supervises all aspects of Circulation, including scheduling desk assignments during daytime hours Monday through Saturday. She oversees daily Circulation support functions and supervises to maintain consistent excellent quality of patron service. Aside from supervising, her duties include the department’s money reconciliation and deposits, referral of delinquent accounts to the University Bursar, and reviewing and submitting the department’s monthly statistics.

Bukurije began working for the Library as a temp in the Fall of 1999. She became a full time employee in July of 2000. Bukurije is a member of the “Weekend” team for Circulation. On weekends, Bukurije provides patron service at the Circulation desk, and also assists in the Learning Resources Center. On weekdays, she provides support to daytime Circulation by helping with desk coverage, shelving, and taking statistics. As a member of the weekend staff, Bukurije has also received training to provide limited Reference assistance to patrons, using the Library’s on-line resources and print sources.

Tony began work at the Library in December 1998, as the Evening Circulation Specialist. He is now the Evening Program Support Technician.  Tony provides support to several departments within CMAS. He assists Serials by coordinating journal binding activities.  He coordinates with the Document Delivery supervisor to arrange for photocopying for LEO, Interlibrary Loan and the Library's photocopying services during evening hours.  Tony is involved in managing the monograph and journal stacks, and assists the Assistant Director of CMAS in planning for shifting or moving the collections for renovation or for growth of the collection.

Jay has been working at the Library since June of 2000. Jay’s job requires that he be fluent in using the Library’s online catalog/circulation system, and with all the Library’s policies. In addition to providing Circulation service at the desk, Jay also assists in the Learning Resources Center. Jay also provides assistance with special projects for both the Circulation and Document Delivery supervisors.
