Gretchen Arnold

Gretchen assumed the position of Director and Associate Dean in July 2007, and has held the position of Associate Dean and Interim Director of the Library since July 2005. She is responsible for ensuring that the Library’s services and resources meet the information needs of faculty, students, and staff of the School of Medicine, the Medical Center, and the School of Nursing. Prior to her current position, Gretchen was the Associate Director for Library Operations since joining the Library in 1986.

Ann Carter

Financial Assistant

Ann joined the Library in September 1987. As Financial Assistant she is responsible for processing orders and monitoring the payment status of goods and supplies. She reviews all library accounts using Oracle and generates monthly financial reports for library use. Ann also updates the management database with equipment repairs, maintenance and license agreements.

Wilma Lynch

Administrative Services Manager

Wilma joined the Library in October 1997. She is responsible for designing and implementing the library’s financial procedures. Wilma develops and manages the library’s budget. As a supervisor, she supervises all aspects of hiring, payroll, purchasing, financial reporting, and facility maintenance while ensuring that the unit work is done according to policy and procedures within time, quantity, and quality standards.
