Historical Collections will be relocated to this 11,310 gross-square-foot unfinished space to house expanding special collections of monographs, manuscripts and artifacts. A separate lobby entrance on Lane Road will allow special access during the History of the Health Sciences Lecture Series and other special events, complementing the new Jordan Hall conferencing facility.

A staff area for collection processing and cataloging will also be located on this floor. The workspace will be adjacent to the loading dock delivery area and configured to enhance material workflow from the time of receipt up through addition to the collection.
