The "Word on the Striet" is our department newsletter published monthly to communicate information and news from the Chair and Vice Chairs regarding what is happening and coming up in the department. Reading the newsletter is the best way to stay abreast of all the exciting activities of the department.
The Journal of Medicine began publication in 2007 marking the Department's 100th Anniversary. Dr. Robert Strieter, 10th Chairman of the Department, envisioned the Journal as a means of furthering and communicating the Department's tradition of outstanding medical pursuits. The Journal is published twice a year and features clinical vignettes, updates of translational research and technological advances developed within the Department, as well as reviews of important clinical concepts. The Journal is written by faculty members and coauthored by residents and fellows.
Our Faculty in the News is a news index updated weekly to present current & past stories about our faculty that have appeared in local, regional and national news media as well as in University publications.
