Infectious Diseases and Biodefense Training Program

Dear Graduate of the Infectious Diseases and Biodefense Training Programs,

In order to improve the research environment, I would like your feedback on the program when you were in Charlottesville, and thoughts that you have for improvements.  There are some specific questions that should take just a minute to complete.

Please answer questions 1-9 on a scale of 5 (strongly agree) to 1 (strongly disagree) or N/A if the question is not applicable.  There is room after each question for you to also make comments.

                                      Sincerely,

                                                    William A. Petri, Jr.
