Trial Summary

The Human Immune Therapy Center of the Cancer Center at the University of Virginia Health System seeks women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and who have undergone treatment for a research study.

Participants who have undergone and recovered from treatment are eligible to be screened for the study. The study medication is an experimental vaccine that is currently being tested to see if it will improve the immune response in participants.

Screening for the study will consist of a physical examination, history-taking, and radiological scans. If you qualify and consent to participate in this study, you will receive, at the GCRC or Cancer Center Clinic vaccine for six days over a course of ten weeks. You will undergo two interim screenings during these 10 weeks, and then have three followup visits at months 6, 9, and 12.

No compensation is provided for this study.
