UVA Imaging offers our patients the comfort and convenience of outpatient care with the expertise and innovation of the University of Virginia Health System. Patient-Friendly Design - Patients enjoy a comfortable environment with spacious wheelchair access and comfortable seating and amenities including coffee, hot tea juice and bottled water along with fresh fruit and healthful snacks. Appointment Confirmation - All patients will be called prior to their appointment by an employee of UVa Imaging who will explain instructions related to their exam, ask pertinent screening questions and answer any questions. Screening Information Compassionate Nursing Support - A distinguishing element of our outpatient center is our staff of compassionate nursing professionals. Our nurses add the important personal touch to each patient's experience. Experienced Technologists - Our technologists have highly specialized training and years of experience in patient care. They are experts in their fields of x-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy and Bone Density scanning.
