Heart Center Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery (4 West)

• 30 bed adult unit comprised of 27 acute care beds, 3 TIMU or step-down beds.
• Patient population consists of thoracic, cardiac, and vascular surgical patients including heart and lung transplant.
• TCV Intermediate Care Unit (TIMU) provides an alternative for patients who need ICU care but do not require mechanical ventiliation.

General Medicine 3 Central/3 West

• Two Units - total # of beds 52
• Services provided: respiratory/cardiovascular/gastrointestinal/endocrine/renal.
• adult & geriatric population, nurse assignment 4-5 patients, staff diversity.

Angiography Nurse Practitioner 

The Nurse Practitioner role is an integral part of Interventional Radiology.  As a NP in Angio, you will partner with a nationally recognized team of interventional physicians providing cutting edge therapy.  Practice is focused on patients and their families.  The role includes primary management of diverse patient populations including:

• Primary liver tumors or liver metastasis
• Uterine fibroids and gonadal varicosities
• Varicoceles
• Biliary or nephrostomy tubes
• Thoracic and abdominal aneurysms

Cases average 30 per day, ranging from line placement to stent grafts.  This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position.  Department is closed on weekends and holidays.

Nurse Practitioner, Lung Transplant Program

We have an opening for a Nurse Practitioner with strong acute care med-surg experience.Pulmonary experience would be a plus.  

Endoscopy Nurse

Our Endoscopy unit, a world-class facility within our Digestive Health Center of Excellence, is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of nationally known endoscopists and dedicated staff.  Recent acute care experience required; procedural area or critical care experience helpful.
