Offer Letter
An offer letter should be sent to applicants as soon as selection has been made or results of a match have been received. The latter would include subspecialty matches and the March NRMP match for second-year positions. Offer letters for first-year positions filled through the March NRMP Match should be prepared by the training program and provided to the Graduate Medical Education Office for inclusion in the packet mailed to incoming housestaff at the beginning of April.
