*Note: These two disorders are discussed in the section on multiple myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies. If a monoclonal IgM is present, the disorder is referred to as Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia or monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) and if not is referred to as lymphoplasmic lymphoma, and may or may not have a leukemic phase.
