Welcome from the Fellowship Program Director
We have created this site to answer most of your preliminary questions concerning the Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship Program at the University of Virginia. We sincerely hope that you will find it helpful and will not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions.
Our next available fellowship openings are for two openings for the 2009-2010 academic year. We currently have no anticipated 1st year vacancies for the 2008-2009 academic year and we have no openings for 2nd or 3rd year positions. You are welcome to contact our office at anytime to determine if an opening has become unexpectedly available. For the next application period, 2009-2010 academic year, we will be using ERAS application procedures and will participate in the national Match. Applications will be accepted through ERAS until January 31, 2008.
