- Patients need to bring comfortable, loose fitting non restrictive clothing (sweats/loose T shirts) that is easy to exercise in.  Need rubber soled shoes that tie (sneakers).  Patients may train with adaptive equipment.

- A rehabilitation guide will be given at the time of admission, and phone numbers and frequently asked questions are located within.

- Patient satisfaction surveys are mailed to a random percentage of patients by an outside company that compiles the data for us.  We are then compared to other HS and a nationwide database in 8 categories. We scored higher than all the other HS's and other facilities nationwide in 7 of these categories.

- Functional Independence Measure (FIM):  Every patient is evaluated on 15 different items for independence on a score of 1-7.  Patients are again evaluated before discharge.  We look at the difference between the scores.
