2005 Updates
NIH eSNAP and Just-in-Time Functionality Now Available on the eRA Commons
We are now ready to allow faculty with eSNAP eligible applications to submit them using the NIH eRA Commons. A walk through of the process is available on the Office of Grants and Contracts Web Page: http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/internet/grants/
The system is quite user friendly and allows the PI and/or administrator to upload files directly into the on-line web based system in real time using an attach feature and fillable forms. A reminder when using the system is to hit the “Save” button prior to hitting the “Designate as Complete” button. We would like to encourage the SoM community to begin to use the system and will work with you to make that happen. Please call the Office of Grants and contracts at 924-8426 if you have any questions about using this system or would like more specific training.

We have set up a phantom PI named Hugo First (the famous author of “Over the Cliffs”) . Y ou can log on as a PI using the following:
