Two LCD projectors (for projecting computer images) are available for loan from the Graduate Programs Office for educational seminars, meetings and presentations under the following guidelines:
Reservations to use the projectors must be made at least one day prior to its use.- If the user is unfamiliar with the projector, an appropriate training period will be required, usually no more than 20 minutes.
- Because there is a high likelihood that the projector will have more than one reservation a day, it will not be available until 20 minutes before the reservation time. For the same reason, we ask that you reserve the machine for no longer than you need it and return it promptly.
- The person who reserves the projector is responsible for any damage to the projector or loss of the projector while it is out of the GPO under their name, regardless of who possesses the projector or incurs such damage or loss during that time.
The LCD projectors accept signals from both IBM and MAC compatible computers. Various adapter cords for DVI, mini-DVI and mini-VGA adapters are available upon request. A wireless remote control/mouse is also available upon request.
