| Advanced Topics in Cancer MEETS: Each Monday, 10:00-12:00 Micro Library (Jordan Hall, 7014) CREDIT HOURS: 3 credits SCHEDULE #: 94811 FREQUENCY: Each Fall Semester PRE-REQUISITES: MICR 815 (Molecular Basis of Cancer) BIMS 812 (Cell Function) DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to provide students continuing education in cancer-related topics after they have completed the initial cancer course entitled, Molecular Basis of Cancer (MICR 815). Each fall the course will cover approximately four topics that are drawn from current literature. Faculty with a special interest in each topic will guide students, who will be responsible for presenting and disscussing the contents of the selected research papers. |
