To reserve the conference room, call 924-2181 or send an email to medgpo@virginia.edu stating your name; date, time and duration of use requested; and purpose of use. If you would like to check the availbility of the room prior to contacting us to make a reservation, the conference room is listed on Corporate Time as a resource under gpo. If you intend to use the LCD projector, a reservation is required, therefore please let us know so that we may reserve that for you as well.
