Mission
The mission of FEAP is to assist organizations to maximize employee productivity, to help employees identify and resolve personal concerns that may affect job performance, and strive to boost morale and improve employee retention.
FEAP will address this mission through individualized, confidential assessments based on clinically-sound standards that will result in solving the issue, offering brief counseling or offering appropriate community referrals as necessary. FEAP will also provide consultation to supervisors and managers to assist in addressing employee/team challenges.
